Washoe Zephyr Chapter, NSDAR, Regent Johanna Potts Bell is a legacy member with many years of DAR experience. She leads with profound spiritual guidance and her own personal kindness. Madam Regent Bell is the chair of the Chapter Achievement Award, Yearbook and Northern Chair State Regents Project committees. - Comstock Lode Quilters - We sew quilts with love to honor veterans including Honor Flight Nevada.
- Fourth Ward School - Supports the preservation and heritage of the Fourth Ward School, and generally, the Comstock, Storey County, and the state of Nevada.
- Hillside Cemetery Foundation - Hillside Cemetery Preservation Foundation volunteers currently clean and maintain the grave sites.
- Soulful Seeds - Soulful Seeds operates multiple USDA Certified People's Gardens across the community, and reinvest the crops back into the community for free.
